Deposit and Cancellation Policy (revised 1/2/2022)

1. Deposit for 50% of value for each separate trip booked should be received by Llamas Colorado within 10 days of reserving the Llamas.  Example: 3 day trip 3 llamas at 70/Llama per day is $630,,,deposit would be $315

2. Cancellation Policy: September and October cancellation dates are in parenthesis Cancellation within 4 (8) weeks of initial date returns the entire deposit Cancellation within 3 (4) weeks of initial date return 50% of the deposit Cancellation with less than 2 (3) weeks to the start date forfeits the entire deposit.

3. We will accommodate changes in the reservation time on a case by case basis dependant on Llama availability. 

4. Final Payment for the trip total should be received at the time the Llamas are loaded for transport.
